Prior to gybing the kite. Flip the toggle on the canting pole winch by first applying slight pressure to winch handle to take load off. Now use the winch handle to hold the pole in place until the gybe. This method makes gybing the pole much quicker. Have someone who has good upper body strength work the pole.
