Having used both a fair bit, Nexus seems much stronger a system. With KVH we had constant moisture problems, and could never get the port/starboard readouts to display accurately- unless you believe that your boat speed on the leeward side is .4 knots slower than boatspeed on the windward side, gathering their data from the same transducer!
