I agree participation in the NOODs are important for the A27 class. Your best bet is particpation on the SF Bay. By the time the NOODs roll around here one of the boats on the bay will most likely be back in Tahoe and another two have already said they won't compete in the SF NOOD. We will have trouble enough getting the minimum boats required here on the bay. It's unfortunate. I am happy to have 7 boats out for the BYC Midwinters. FYI: Big Daddy Regatta is not One Design.
