I agree a NOOD showing would be good for the A27 fleet. If not nationally certainly locally. It would legitimize the A27 One Design class on the bay.
The conflicting event up here is the Benicia Yacht Cluib Jazz Cup which is a very low key PHRF event. Last year it was a drift fest for the majority of the race.
At a minimum a 7 boat commitment would be needed and preferably more in case of last minute no shows.
My decision really will be based on how many of the other A27's are interested. If six other A27's commit then Polar Bear will also.
