Hi Geoff, Per the class rules, the maximum the rig tensioner can be is 1000 lbs. As for the minimum, in very light conditions I have had the tensioner QUITE a ways off, though only when going to weather- put it back to about 600 lbs off the breeze! Rich has put a very nice section on rig tune, and I believe that it has most of the recommended tensions. Cheers, Steve Steve
